TL;DR — We Collect Almost Nothing

No accounts. No tracking. Your school selection lives on your device. When you chat, we log your messages and our responses — plus your first name if you've set one — for 180 days so we can review and fix what didn't work well. Then they're auto-deleted.

Stored in Google BigQuery in the US, partitioned by day, auto-deleted after 180 days.

Menu and calendar data

Cached in browser storage for offline access. Updated automatically.

Anonymous error metrics

Logged for reliability monitoring. No user ID attached.

COPPA Compliance

Because SchoolPulse collects zero personal information by default, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents and children under 13 can use the app safely without any special consent.

Chat logs (messages + first name, if set) are stored for quality review only and auto-delete after 180 days. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Deleting Your Data

Go to Settings › Clear all app data to remove everything stored on your device. To request deletion of server-side chat logs, use the in-app feedback button. We process all requests within 30 days. Regardless, all chat logs auto-delete after 180 days.
